Clients in their own words
Wouter Baekelandt (Zenito)

Zenito Sociaal Verzekeringsfonds looks after the social security needs of about 160,000 freelancers. In 2010, we decided to move over to a completely digital platform where all our files would be processed.
Consequently, we would be able to access our client files very quickly when necessary. This would improve our service to our clients.
The contribution made by Youston in this process was extremely valuable both during the preparation as well as during the processing of all the data.
The combination of the digitalisation of more than 10 million documents and the archiving of files that are no longer active but may still need to be added to the digital flow was an ideal solution.
Our choice to bring in Youston to process our archives was also supported by its policy of employing people from the social economy. Afterwards, it transpired that both the estimated timing as well as the budget management were also extremely precise.
Youston has been a very valuable and trustworthy partner to us.
Egbert Stulens (Stad Genk)

For many years, the people at Youston have supported our service in the implementation and correction of digital and analogue data in the Municipal Information System (GIS).
Year after the year, the assignment is extended due to their pleasant collaboration, the precision in the implementation of assignments and the underlying social aspect.
The experience which Youston has gained with the GIS implementations will be of public assistance to other cities and municipalities.
Francis Wanten (Comfort Energie)

Comfort Energie is one of the largest heating oil distributors in Belgium. For the processing of daily deliveries, we look to Youston.
Due to the delivery speed of the digitalised documents, we can organise and follow-up our processes even quicker. Consequently, more than 2,000 deliveries are logged into our accounts the next day.
Katrien (Mijn Erfgoed)

Valuable photos, slides and atlases were only available in an analogue format. Youston digitalised this historically important material, which has now made it available to a much wider public. These actions were absolutely necessary, as the quality of the originals was deteriorating every year. Eventually, this would mean that it would be impossible to make a precise image from the originals.
