Pieter Vansynghel
CEO
Pieter has had a successful career as a CEO in both the B2B market as well as in the B2C market. During these assignments, he took further training in advanced management (Vlerick Management School) and in strategic Agility (London Business School). Convinced that the business proposition which is offered by Youston can provide added value for many companies, he is strategically building up the company so that it will grow into a nationally important player.

Ines Vandeputte
Partner
After training as a commercial engineer and a career at Cegeka, Accenture and Ordina, Ines has considerable IT experience. As the project manager for ERP packages, she has considerable insight into company organisation within large and medium-sized companies. At Youston, she is responsible for defining projects and the associated consultancy work.

Jean Vandeputte
President
Jean is a civil engineer and has built up experience in the construction and organisation of companies as a chief engineer director of the municipal technical service for the City of Hasselt and as a delegated governor for the Autonoom Gemeentebedrijf and the NV RCH. He supports the development of Youston into a performant service company.
