Bulk scanning
Bulk scanning is the digitalisation of large archives. This is used if a company or organisation digitalises its daily workflow, and also wants to insert its existing paper files into its digital network. Youston provides a full service from registration and packaging of the files, to supply of the requested digital information.
These products require the necessary attention and communication. Therefore, report meetings are held weekly with the client, where the progress status of the project is discussed. At the end of the contract, Youston also looks after the final archiving process or destruction.
Scanning On Demand
If not all documents need to be scanned, Youston can offer you a 'Scanning On Demand' solution.
We provide the secure packaging and retrieval of your documents. Our employees will draw up an inventory and file your files, and confirm this data with you. After which, these files will be stored securely in our archive spaces.
On request, we will locate this requested data, digitalise it, and provide you with a digital copy via a secure FTP line within 4 hours as standard.
Consequently, you will gradually build up a digital archive without having to invest in one. In addition, only those documents which you really need will be scanned in.
We will also monitor the aging of the stored files, and inform you when certain data no longer need to be legally stored. You can then decide whether these records should be destroyed, so that the storage costs remain low.
